1Description of Service

Botpresso provides an internal tool that gives AI-based systems read-only access to the organization's OnCrawl data — projects, crawls, crawl comparisons, log monitoring and ranking data.

2Internal Use

This service is intended for internal use only by authorized team members. Access is limited to verified @botpresso.com accounts and to the OnCrawl workspaces the organization holds.

3User Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Google account and any API key issued to you
• Ensure proper use of granted permissions

You are responsible for all activities performed using your access.

4Accounts & Access

You sign in with your Botpresso Google account. Administrators may disable an account or revoke an API key at any time; access ends on the next request. Each tool call is recorded against your identity.

5Third-Party Services

This service depends on third-party platforms such as OnCrawl. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs or services
• Service interruptions caused by external providers

6Data Usage

Data accessed through the service is used strictly for internal analytics, reporting, and insight generation. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if:

• There is misuse or abuse of the system
• These Terms are violated

8Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption

9Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
